Personal data

This website has no form, no user account, no comment area and no analytics tool. No personal data is collected automatically when you browse these pages.

The only data we receive is what you send us yourself, by email or through LinkedIn: your name, email address, business details and the content of your message. We use it solely to answer your request and, if you support the project, to run the relationship with our partners.

Online donations are processed by HelloAsso, our fundraising platform. HelloAsso collects the data needed for payment and for issuing the tax receipt under its own responsibility, and its privacy policy applies to that processing.

No data is transferred outside the European Union from this website.

Retention

Messages relating to a partnership request are kept for the duration of the discussion, then three years from the last contact. Donation data is kept by HelloAsso and by the association for the legal period linked to the tax receipt.

Cookies and trackers

This website uses no cookie, no advertising tracker and no analytics script. That is why no consent banner appears: there is nothing to consent to.

Fonts, images and the stylesheet are served from our own hosting. Browsing a page of this site therefore sends no request to a third party service.

Links to LinkedIn and HelloAsso, however, take you to third party websites, which apply their own cookie and data rules.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data we hold about you. Write to us at segoforspi@gmail.com: we answer within one month at the latest.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) in France, or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

Photos and intellectual property

Photographs of our members published on this website are used with their consent. If you believe an image of you should be removed, write to us and we will remove it without delay.

SegoSPI's texts, logo and visuals may not be reused without our written permission. Our partners' brands and logos remain the property of their owners.
